"The flexibility to appointments offered and the understanding of my unpredictable shifts at work, leading to occasional cancelled appointments is something I really valued about the service as it was exactly what I needed. For someone who is very anxious and typically struggles to open to others, especially relating to my embarrassment from gambling, I feel amazed that my practitioner has been able to get me to do this and allow me to feel comfortable in doing so. To begin supprt I was very apprehensive what to expect so for me to speak like how I am now I am very surprised. I didn't know what to expect and everything that i have learned, all of the tools and especially the time, access and money is something I will take with me everywhere."

Plus much more. The group provides much support to each other with their individual problems. Giving lots of help and ideas. I found my sessions to be very useful because they allowed me to continue to address why I was gambling and gave me encouragement to look at how to avoid relapsing.
